Contact Support
Get help with photo processing, your account, Cloud credits or a privacy request.
Email is our support channel. Use the same address for technical help, billing, privacy requests and content reports:
support@unblurphoto.ioChoose a clear subject and include the details below that match your question. Response times depend on the request and the information needed to investigate it.
Local processing or browser problems
Include your browser and device, the processing mode you selected, the approximate time, and any error message. A screenshot of the controls or error can help.
You do not need an account to ask about Local processing. You do not need to send the original photo by default. If an example later becomes useful, you can decide whether you are comfortable sharing one. Avoid sending sensitive photos.
Cloud processing and downloads
Include the email on your account, the approximate time, the selected processing mode and output size, and the task record or error shown in your history.
Cloud results are available for 24 hours after completion. Support cannot promise to recover expired or deleted files, so download results before their displayed expiry. A ZIP already saved to your device remains available independently of the Cloud files.
Billing, credits and refunds
Include your account email, the purchase date and amount, and an order reference or receipt if available. Describe the charge or credit activity you want us to check.
Read the Refund Policy for the 14-day unused-purchase conditions. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
Never send your password, verification codes or full card details.
Privacy and data requests
Tell us whether you are asking about access, correction, deletion or another privacy concern. Include the account email when applicable so we can identify the relevant records; we may need to verify account ownership.
See the Privacy Policy for Local and Cloud data handling, analytics and file retention. A privacy request does not require you to attach your original photos.
Content or copyright reports
Describe the content or activity, where you encountered it and the approximate date. For a copyright concern, identify the work involved, explain your rights or authority to report it, and provide a way to contact you.
Do not send illegal imagery or intimate photos in an initial report. Describe the concern instead. Our Terms of Service explain permitted use and the service's limits.
