Refund Policy
When a purchase qualifies for a refund, what to include in your request and how credits are handled.
Last updated:
This policy covers Cloud credit purchases and forms part of our Terms of Service. Local enhancement is free and does not require a purchase.
Unused purchases: request within 14 days
You can request a full refund within 14 days of a pack purchase or the relevant monthly charge if none of the credits from that pack or paid billing period have been used.
Eligibility is assessed separately for each purchase or paid period. Using credits from a different purchase does not by itself make an otherwise unused purchase ineligible.
When a purchase does not qualify
Once any credits from the relevant pack or paid period have been used, that purchase or period is not refundable under this policy. Successful delivery is not a satisfaction guarantee: AI results can differ from your expectations.
Cancelling a monthly subscription stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a previous charge. Unused credits from the current paid period remain available until that period ends. You can manage renewal through Billing.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email support@unblurphoto.io from the address on your account. Include:
- The date and amount of the purchase or monthly charge.
- The order reference or receipt, if available.
- Whether any credits from that purchase or period have been used.
- A short description of the request.
Do not send your password, verification codes, full card number or original photos. See Contact Support if you need help finding the right details.
How requests are reviewed
We review the payment and credit activity for the relevant purchase or billing period before approving a refund. Pending jobs with reserved credits may need to be resolved first. We may ask for information needed to identify the purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed manually. Processing and the time an approved refund takes to appear depend on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer; submitting a request does not mean a refund has already been issued.
What happens to credits
When a refund or chargeback is completed, any remaining available credits from that purchase or billing period are removed. Credits from other purchases are unaffected, and your balance will not become negative.
Pending jobs may need to be resolved first. Credits already reserved for an accepted job remain assigned to that job. If the job fails, released credits do not become usable again when their original allocation has expired or been refunded.
Failed processing and unexpected charges
Failed Cloud processing does not consume its reserved processing credits. Released credits keep their original source and expiry. This release is different from refunding a payment to your bank or card.
Individual downloads and browser ZIP downloads cost no extra processing credits. If you believe credits were charged without a delivered result, or you see a duplicate or unfamiliar payment, contact support with the approximate time and relevant task or purchase details so the records can be checked.
